Annually, we recruit a number of top actuarial graduates from South Africa's leading universities who join our firm as consultants. Whilst we require all entry level consultants to hold degrees in actuarial science, we place equal emphasis on attitude and seek out candidates who are a good fit with the Quindiem culture and our organisational values.
New hires are immediately immersed into one of our five core teams and proactively developed. Principal consultants and senior managers devote a considerable amount of time and expertise to the professional and career development needs of team members.
